Jason Morrow
Co-Founder, CEO
Jason Morrow is co-founder and CEO of Trextel, a MSaaS company dedicated to redefining software that keeps global communities connected and empowers the future of business for a real time world. As the key leader guiding Trextel’s corporate strategy and vision, Jason Morrow brings nearly 25 years of experience in technology and communication management to this dynamic industry.
An entrepreneur with a heart for helping others, Jason is highly engaged with his church and multiple charitable organizations, including iServe Ministries and Compassion International. Through his connection to community, Jason has sponsored child development centers in the Philippines and brought his infectious passion for community to the culture of Trextel, where employees regularly engage in volunteer drives and a wide range of community outreach programs.
Jason received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He currently resides on a Gentleman’s Farm in Northeast Atlanta, GA with his wife Becky and their three sons.

Chris Damico
Co-Founder, CSO
Chris Damico is Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Trextel and is responsible for corporate strategic direction. Chris works closely with the senior leadership team to create the company’s long-term and short-term initiatives and guide the company through the planning process. Chris also directly oversees the sales, marketing and software teams, to drive clarity, alignment and growth.
Chris has been an investor and strategic partner for Trextel since its founding in 2008. He brings over 20 years of executive experience in high growth companies to our management team. Most recently Chris has served as a senior executive of two SaaS product companies where he led product direction and communication.
Chris currently serves on several charitable and mission-based boards across the southeast. Chris is married with three children and currently lives in Roswell, GA

Joe Macchiarella
Chief Operating Officer
As the primary stakeholder in transforming the customer experience, Joe is responsible for leading our operational teams in the never-ending pursuit of customer excellence. As a successful business leader with a track record for building companies to scale, he capitalizes on 25 years of experience in creating high-performance environments by establishing well-defined, repeatable business processes in order to ensure Trextel is the last IT and managed service solution that our customers will ever need.
Prior to joining Trextel, Joe worked with industry innovators such as Straix Corporation, Cbeyond, Goldman Sachs and Harris Corporation. While at Stratix Corporation, Joe led the mobile operations organization to scale through a rapid revenue growth rate in excess of 400% within a 5 year period while achieving industry-leading NPS scores, year over year.
The hunger to achieve industry-leading customer satisfaction (NPS) is embedded in his DNA, along with motivating and professionally developing everyone around him. All efforts are through a disciplined focus on people, process and product. These are the three pillars in Joe’s blueprint for success.

Craig Henry
EVP, Strategic Partnerships
Craig Henry is EVP of Strategic Partnerships and is responsible for the growth and satisfaction of Trextel’s customers and partners. With over 25 years of executive experience in technology and communication management, Craig leads Trextel’s most valued business relationships.
Shortly after Trextel was founded 2008, Craig joined Trextel in 2009 and quickly began implementing a sales strategy to accelerate growth. After graduating from the University of Georgia in 1995, he spent 14 years with another local Atlanta IT firm as one of their top sales leaders.
Craig and his wife, Julie, live in Johns Creek, GA with their two children (James & Grace). The Henrys are active members of Perimeter Church and the Atlanta Athletic Club in Johns Creek.

Chris Garrett
Chief Information Officer
Chris Garrett joined Trextel in 2018 as Director of Customer Support Services. In 2019, Chris was promoted to Sr. Director of IT and Engineering, where he operates as chief architect, engineer and team manager.
Chris is a seasoned operations executive with 20+ years of experience in various sectors. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for implementing processes, procedures, and standards that enhance business functionality. Professional focal points include strategic planning, enterprise system planning, disaster recovery, change management, IT migrations and integrations, performance evaluation, and compliance assurance.
Chris was instrumental in the development of IntelliTrex, Trextel's network management software.

Alicia Picard
VP, Customer and Employee Engagement
Alicia Picard joined Trextel in 2020 as Director, Customer Experience, bringing 15 years expertise in customer experience and customer success. Based on a foundation of people, products, process and technology, Alicia has helped leading brands unify their customer experience across the customer journey, identifying what matters most to customers, setting key performance objectives, and setting action plans to drive improvements.
Alicia's extensive industry experience includes Retail, Restaurant / QSR, Grocery, Auto Service, Communication Technology, Financial, and Market Research.
Alicia is originally from Long Island, NY and grew up in Tequesta, FL, a small beach town in Palm Beach County. She graduated from the University of Alabama and now lives in Georgia with her husband Randy and son Lucas. Her personal motto is "encourage one another and build each other up!"

Randy Arendell
Director, Sales Operations
Randy Arendell is Trextel’s Director of Sales Operations, responsible for increasing the productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of the sales teams, thus working to improve the overall impact sales has on the business. He brings to this role a variety of experiences at Trextel – business development, solutions engineering, managed services and customer success – as well as a number of years in the telecommunications industry, beginning with a sales role at a small CLEC in 1998 before moving on to roles at BellSouth, AT&T, and finally Trextel in 2014.
Randy graduated with an MBA from Northeast Louisiana University (ULM, today) a few months after he and his wife Lisa married in 1996. He was born in Shreveport, LA where he returned with Lisa after their first child was born in 1999. They reside there still, along with Layla, their youngest of three daughters. The whole family is active in church and various other activities (Lisa loves to dance; Layla is a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do). Randy teaches and trains Brazilian Jiu-jitsu five days/week and enjoys the rest of his non-working time simply being with family.

Valerie Aladesuyi
Human Resources
Valerie joined Trextel in 2019 as head of Human Resources. Valerie is a dedicated human resources professional with over 15 years of experience in human resource management, strategies, employee relations, policies and procedures, recruiting, benefits, performance management, multi-state payroll processing, multi-state employment laws and compliance.
Valerie's proven leadership in executing and implementing employee engagement tools, onboarding processes, benefits, compensation policies and processes has driven a positive culture shift at Trextel.
