Jason Morrow is co-founder and CEO of Trextel, a MSaaS company dedicated to redefining software that keeps global communities connected and empowers the future of business for a real time world. As the key leader guiding Trextel’s corporate strategy and vision, Jason Morrow brings nearly 25 years of experience in technology and communication management to this dynamic industry.
An entrepreneur with a heart for helping others, Jason is highly engaged with his church and multiple charitable organizations, including iServe Ministries and Compassion International. Through his connection to community, Jason has sponsored child development centers in the Philippines and brought his infectious passion for community to the culture of Trextel, where employees regularly engage in volunteer drives and a wide range of community outreach programs.
Jason received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He currently resides on a Gentleman’s Farm in Northeast Atlanta, GA with his wife Becky and their three sons.

Chris Damico

Chris Damico is Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Trextel and is responsible for corporate strategic direction. Chris works closely with the senior leadership team to create the company’s long-term and short-term initiatives and guide the company through the planning process. Chris also directly oversees the sales, marketing and software teams, to drive clarity, alignment and growth.
Chris has been an investor and strategic partner for Trextel since its founding in 2008. He brings over 20 years of executive experience in high growth companies to our management team. Most recently Chris has served as a senior executive of two SaaS product companies where he led product direction and communication.
Chris currently serves on several charitable and mission-based boards across the southeast. Chris is married with three children and currently lives in Roswell, GA

Reed joined Trextel in 2020 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in strategic financial planning and leadership initiatives. Reed is responsible for developing corporate financial strategies, budgeting, purchasing, and forecasting. This includes driving the long-term strategic planning process for Trextel’s annual and quarterly budgets alongside monitoring the company’s key financial performance indicators and aligning companywide employee focus with financial success.
Reed comes to us from companies such as TSYS, Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, West UC (InterCall) and most recently SJV & Associates (SJV Data Solutions). Reed’s previous experience provides key insight in corporate finance and risk management.
Reed is married with two grown daughters and is a graduate of Auburn University.

Tapan Patel

Tapan joined the Trextel leadership team in 2020 as CTO, bringing over 10 years of technology experience developing a wide range of business software from complex financial systems to distributed databases, and everything in between.
Most recently, Tapan led and built a 60 person global engineering team at Revel Systems, a POS provider primarily serving the hospitality industry. In 2016 he launched his first startup in Atlanta, growing it to $5M in ARR in just two years, and was sold in late 2018. In recent years Tapan has primarily focused on product and venture capital strategy exclusively.
When not working, Tapan enjoys running on trails in Suburban Atlanta where he lives with his wife and newborn baby.

As the primary stakeholder in transforming the customer experience, Joe is responsible for leading our operational teams in the never-ending pursuit of customer excellence. As a successful business leader with a track record for building companies to scale, he capitalizes on 25 years of experience in creating high-performance environments by establishing well-defined, repeatable business processes in order to ensure Trextel is the last IT and managed service solution that our customers will ever need.
Prior to joining Trextel, Joe worked with industry innovators such as Straix Corporation, Cbeyond, Goldman Sachs and Harris Corporation. While at Stratix Corporation, Joe led the mobile operations organization to scale through a rapid revenue growth rate in excess of 400% within a 5 year period while achieving industry-leading NPS scores, year over year.
The hunger to achieve industry-leading customer satisfaction (NPS) is embedded in his DNA, along with motivating and professionally developing everyone around Him. All efforts are through a disciplined focus on people, process and product. These are the three pillars in Joe’s blueprint for success.

Deeply experienced in the IT industry with a focus on national deployments and managed services solutions for large, multi-site customers, Craig is responsible for the growth and satisfaction of Trextel’s partners and customers.
Prior to joining Trextel in 2009, Craig was senior sales executive for ADComm for 14 years. He received a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from The University of Georgia.

Sloan has been an integral part of our success since joining Trextel in 2012. In 2020, Sloan was promoted to Vice President where his strong background providing scalable enterprise solutions in highly complex environments has allowed him to build out a dynamic team and process focus aimed at driving results for our partners and customers.
Prior to joining Trextel, Sloan was in sales management at Cbeyond for 5 years while they experienced hyper scaled growth from $50-$300 million and then went on to help launch the enterprise sales team at Comcast.
Sloan and his wife, Morgan, live in Holly Springs with their 4 children and 3 dogs. He serves as an active volunteer and sits on the Board of Directors with Forever Fed, a local food ministry that distributes groceries, clothing, and other supplies to families in need around Cherokee County. In 2019Forever Fed distributed over 250,000 pounds of food and is on track distribute over 500,000 pounds of food in 2020.

Layla Joined Trextel in 2019 as Director of Marketing and Communications, bringing with her nearly 20 years of strategic and creative marketing experience. Layla is responsible for enhancing and maintaining Trextel’s brand image, planning strategic growth initiatives that align with market analysis, internal and external communications, media relations, social engagement and creative content. Her previous experience with technology, transportation and commercial real estate companies has allowed Layla to develop key market insights across multiple core industries.
Her passion for messaging combined with her educational background in global communications, international trade practices, and global responsibility initiatives has allowed her to focus on developing a mindful and impactful marketing growth plan, tracking key performance indicators for measuring ROI and enhancing corporate culture initiatives to empower employees as Trextel brand ambassadors.
Layla is involved with several organizations, including serving on the Board of the Kansas City Zombie Walk for Hunger as VP of Marketing & Fundraising. The organization helps provide resources and build awareness around the issue of food insecurity in the greater Kansas City Area. Layla is also a member of The International Relations Council, The National Society of Leadership and Success and Women in Technology (WIT). She lives in Kansas City, MO with her husband and two children.
